Message from the presidentAs a specialized entrepreneurial management company, M-out Inc. creates a brand-new industry though the market-out business concept. In the near future, we may no longer use the word 'venture business' for entrepreneurial startups. The word 'venture' literally means taking risks, putting someone or something valuable at risk. It is quite true that an entrepreneur who succeeds in launching a business from scratch has to take many risks in terms of financial and human resources. However, I believe a venture which takes risks and tries new things crates a brand new industry and revitalize the stagnated Japanese economy. In particular, a venture based on market-out concept will grow to become the core companies and industries that open up new dimensions to the market system. In this context, I intend to begin a new corporate structure that eliminates the word 'venture' from 'venture business,' so that we can contribute to the success of market-out ventures which are needed by consumers and Japanese economy. I call this new corporate structure 'specialized entrepreneurial management company,' which nurtures market-out ventures and leads them smoothly to business successes. While maintaining an innovation, high-speed growth, and flexibility of a venture, we reduce wastes and risks involved in a start up stage with our financial and human resources as well as our management know-how. In 1963 TAGUCHI Hiroshi joined the establishment of Misumi Corporation, a specialized trading company for metal parts and factory automation components. As a result of new businesses he has launched and his unique management concept, TAGUCHI has nurtured the Misumi Corporation to be a company that has \55 billion in annual sales, and it has been listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. His unique concepts of management and business such as 'purchase agent ', 'market-out business', 'less possessed management', 'information barrier-free policy', and 'platform-company' are quite well known. In 2002, TAGUCHI was appointed as Director of the Board & Senior Advisor of Misumi Corporation, and founded M-out Inc, which is developing market-out businesses in the B2C market.
